3rd Circle Reignites claims of nursing home union extortion

By Tim Ryan (July 28, 2022, 4:53 p.m. EDT) — The Third Circuit on Thursday revived part of a lawsuit that nursing home operators had filed claiming that Service Employees International Union affiliates extorted companies during negotiations, reversing an earlier panel decision and saying a jury could reasonably determine that the unions approved of the vandalism at the properties.
