The Aging and Disability Services (ADS) Division of the City of Seattle (HSD) Department of Social Services, the regional agency on aging (AAA) for Seattle-King County, seeks applications from entities interested in providing nursing services. Up to $165,755 in Federal/State Title XIX funds are available through this RFP. HSD intends to fund a maximum of two proposals. Initial awards will be granted for the period of October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023. Although the City intends to renew the agreements resulting from this funding opportunity on an annual basis through the 2023 program year, the future funding will depend on performance. and the availability of funding.
HSD seeks to contract with a diverse group of suppliers to help ensure that the outcome of investment in HSD’s nursing services improves clients’ health and quality of life.
HSD will be offering an information session on Monday, July 25, 2022, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. PDT via Cisco WebEx online virtual meeting technology, which will be recorded and made available on this web page. Any agency interested in learning more about this RFP is encouraged to attend the session and ask questions. Attendance is not required.
The last day to submit questions will be Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. PDT.
