For each of its nursing homes, Korian publishes 12 indicators on its website to help families make more informed decisions

PARIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Regulatory news:

Korian (Paris:KORI) announces that it has posted new information on the web pages of each of its 269 healthcare establishments in France.

Accessible via the website, establishment web pages now systematically include the following information:

  • Main services provided by the establishment

  • Treatments and specializations available

  • Certifications and labels obtained from third-party organizations

  • Room rates

  • Number of beds, including beds eligible for social assistance (new)

  • Construction date of the building or date of the last improvements (new)

  • Staff ratio (new)

  • Average staff seniority (new)

  • Results of the latest resident and family satisfaction survey conducted by an independent third party: net satisfaction score, consideration and respect score for each establishment1 (New)

Many of these indicators already meet the French government’s obligation to report five key indicators to January 1, 2023 (technical equipment available, number of single/double rooms, number of places eligible for social housing assistance, availability of a night call nurse and a coordinating doctor, and partnership with a support organization to coordinate care pathways).

Korian undertakes to update these indicators once a year and each time there is a major change in one of them.

Other indicators will be added by the end of the year, in particular on medical continuity (number of on-call doctors in the establishment and teleconsultation practices).

In addition, most establishments now offer a presentation by the director and virtual tours so that everyone can more easily imagine life in our nursing homes.
